The West Virginia Department of Administration Monday transferred the former West Virginia Rehabilitation Center property in Institute to WVSU. BECKLEY, W. Va.– Parts of Raleigh County are dealing with some localized flooding and high water after a storm rolled through the area late Monday night. The National Weather Service had issued a Flood Warning for central Raleigh County Monday night that expired at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday.
